Emiratization

Established in 1999 with the directives of Mr. Majid Al Futtaim, Founder and President of the Majid Al Futtaim Holding, the Emiratization Department’s main objective is to promote the employment of talented UAE nationals. Through its careful selection of candidates and strong training in a multitude of skills, the department insures that nationals will bring a positive impact to the workplace.
