  A joint venture between Majid Al Futtaim Properties and Société Joseph G. Khoury et Fils Holding SAL. Waterfront City is a master-planned community located on the 700-berth La Marina Joseph Khoury – Dbayeh in the Greater Beirut area, overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. Waterfront City’s first phase includes 11 beautifully spaced buildings offering 260 apartments, shops, a health club, parks and a marina front promenade. The site is 15 minutes away from downtown Beirut on the Beirut–Jounieh Highway.
 
 
Mall of Egypt - Shopping Mall, Cairo, Egypt

Mall of Egypt is a super-regional mall of 162,500 sqm that will dominate the western half of the greater Cairo Metropolis and the 6th of October City.
Scheduled to open in 2015, the mall will be a sister brand to Mall of the Emirates, combining a powerful range of retailers with the most comprehensive leisure offer in North Africa.
 
The mall will feature a range of international fashion and lifestyle retail brands, a ski park, 21-screen cinema, family entertainment centre and over 50 food and beverage outlets. The mall includes direct bridge access off the Al Wahat highway into 6,500 parking spaces.
  

 

 

 

Al Zahia – Mixed use Community, Sharjah, UAE
 
A joint venture between Majid Al Futtaim Properties and the Government of Sharjah. Al Zahia is a fully integrated community, featuring a range of detached and terraced villas, apartments and office units. It is ideally located close to Sharjah University City, Sharjah International Airport, Sharjah Airport International Free Zone and the major road links to Dubai and the Northern Emirates. With a total land area of 1.3 million sqm, Al Zahia will offer a peaceful, secure and family focused environment with all the amenities expected from a modern development.
